At Kawaii Shop, we want you to love your adorable new finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Place your items back into their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
